If there is something that characterizes Formentor, it is our commitment to the environment and the preservation of the ecosystem in all of its aspects. We are aware of the privilege of enjoying such an idyllic place, and therefore we strive every day to develop our activity in the most respectful way possible with nature and flora.

We have our own vegetable garden, which supplies the kitchens of our restaurants with fresh, organic and ecological products. We believe in origin and quality above all else, and for this reason we base our gastronomic offer on seasonal products, respecting the ripening times of each product as much as possible, and minimizing the use of chemical agents in their cultivation.
